With Pennsylvania liquor stores shutting down, out of state customers have flocked to our area.
In some counties, the solution was to ban sales to people from out of state.
But is that legal?
I can understand why they’re doing it,” said NEWS9 legal analyst Mike Nogay. “But I question whether or not they have that legal authority and if that would hold up in a federal court if someone challenged that regulation or rule.”
