FBI’s protocol behind Trump search warrant

NEWS9 legal analyst Mike Nogay said the FBI serving a search warrant at the residence of a former president is “amazing” and believes it could lead to similar situations in the future.
So how did it come to be? Nogay explained, at this level, the FBI had two options: they could’ve subpoenaed the former president or obtained a search warrant, which is what happened.
