Many people are worried about returning to work or school in the middle of the pandemic. But is our workplace or school responsible for our health?

When it comes to COVID-19 in the workplace, your employer is not responsible if you get the virus at work.

Health experts say a COVID-19 vaccine could be available by next spring, but could your employer require you to get a vaccine?

“That requirement from a workplace to have a vaccine is going to be fact intensive,” Nogay said. “So, whether or not the vaccine is deemed safe.”
