Attorney Michael Nogay alleges negligence by Wheeling health care providers in new lawsuit

Michael Nogay, on behalf of James Abercombie and Dana Abercombie, filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against Wheeling Hospital Inc. and Bishop J. Bransfield Continuous Care Center, alleging failure to exercise the degree of care, skill and learning required of a reasonable and prudent health care providers.
